Bio:

A registered architect with more than 30 years of experience, Rick founded Lundin Architects LLC in 2009.  Previously Rick has been a senior associate at Meyer Scherer and Rockcastle and had his own business (3 Studios, Inc.) for 13 years. His professional accomplishments have been acknowledged with awards and honors, such as an American Institute of Architects (AIA) Minnesota Young Architects Award, recognition as one of Minneapolis/Saint Paul Business Journal’s “40 Under 40,” and an AIA Minnesota Residential Architects Vision and Excellence (RAVE) Award. Rick is known for his innovative residential and office space design and has had his work featured in numerous publications, including Home Magazine, Minneapolis/Saint Paul Magazine, Architecture Minnesota, and Midwest Home and Garden. Prior to forming 3 Studios, Rick gained invaluable design experience while working at MS&R, including the design of the Schall residence in Edina, which received an AIA Minnesota Honor Award. Rick earned a Bachelor of Architecture with Distinction from the University of Minnesota College of Architecture and Landscape (now the College of Design).
